Frittelle Biscoti Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of Plain flour
2 Eggs
6 Dessert Spoons of sugar
6 Dessert Spoons of oil
6 Dessert Spoons of icing sugar
2 Dessert Spoons Vanilla Essence (for children)
¼ -½ cup of water as needed
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together to form a firm mixture.
- Roll out pastry with rolling pin or pasta machine
- Cut into strips (6 – 8cm)
- Plait strips or cut center and fold in
- Place the frittelle strips into a hot fry pan with ½ cup of olive oil and cook until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar e buon appetito!
