Book Week Dress up day- Monday August 19th
Our 2024 Book Week Dress Up Day will be held on Monday 19th August. This is a fantastic day where students and teachers celebrate books and Australian Children's Authors and illustrators by engaging in a range of activities.
The 2024 Book Week Theme is "Reading is Magic".
Students are encouraged to dress up as their favourite book character or in a costume relating to the theme or your favourite thing to wear while you're reading e.g Pajamas. Please don't feel you have to spend a lot of money but feel free to get creative!
To begin our day, there will be a costume parade. Families are very welcome to watch the parade which will begin at 8.45am on the Basketball Courts or in the Eco Centre depending on weather.
Book Week Dress up Day is always a wonderful celebration at Lumen Christi and we look forward to a fun day of activities.
