Hello,

My name is Emily and I am again contacting you in my role as Moe Earth Market Coordinator.

The Latrobe Valley Beekeepers Association is pleased to announce we will be hosting our second Moe Earth Market on August 13th. We are a local Registered Charity with a group of dedicated volunteers who have been revitalising our club facility on Saviages Road, Moe. 

The site is home to our new Community Pollinator Garden plus several other community groups. We are passionate about developing a space for positive community connection. 

Moe Earth Market will take place on Sunday 13th August 2023 from 9am to 2pm.

Follow-up events will be held quarterly (second Sunday of August, November, & February). This is an outdoor “grow it, make it, bake it, sew it, recycle it” market, which will also have food trucks and include FREE children’s activities.

I am aware that your school newsletter would reach many local families and friends, so I am writing to you today to request if it would be at all possible to print/include a copy of our market poster in your upcoming school newsletter. I have attached this for you to use
