Happy New Year to all of our wonderful Lumen Christi families. I hope everyone has had a fantastic Christmas and are enjoying the holidays.

So many of the shops have already begun advertising their "Back to School" specials. I know that there will be a few families who will want to be super organised and get everything ready before the start of the year.

At Lumen Christi, the majority of the back-to-school supplies are purchased by classroom teachers using the levy families pay as part of their fees. We find that this is both cost effective and ensures that we reduce wastage.  We do ask that families supply the following items for each child and ensure that they are brought to school on the first day of school this year:

• Pencil Case

• Colouring pencils (set of approx. 12 is ideal)

• Textas (set of approx. 12 is ideal)

• Box of tissues

• Headphones for computer work

• Art Smock
